IR+M's client relationship is with the fund vehicle itself and not the underlying investors. Pooled vehicles consist of CITs and IR+M private commingled fund vehicles. Investors in IR+M private commingled fund vehicles may include institutions such as endowments, foundations, pension plans, healthcare organizations, and other qualified investors.
