Debbie Goldstein joined the IR+M Board of Directors as an advisory member in 2021 and was elected as an outside Director by the firm’s Shareholders in 2024. She is a Managing Partner at Triad Consulting Group, a global leadership development and consulting firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Goldstein is also a faculty member at Harvard Law School and Harvard Graduate School of Education where she teaches negotiation.
Ms. Goldstein brings to the Board her experience in communication, decision making, and leadership. She also serves on the Board of Directors for WBUR, Boston and The Family Cooperative. Previously, she founded and ran a free legal aid clinic, the Legal Initiative for Children (“LINC”), for patients at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Chelsea outpost.
Ms. Goldstein has a BA in History from Williams College and a JD from Boston College Law School. She is schooled in negotiation every day by her two young daughters. In a former professional life, she chased and caught her dream of becoming a jazz singer in Chicago.
