Bill Lawrence joined the IR+M Board of Trustees as an Advisory member in 2022. Mr. Lawrence is an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Villanova University. Previously, he was the Chief Investment Officer of Traditional Assets at SEI Investments overseeing $150 billion of equity and fixed income assets.
Mr. Lawrence brings to the Board his deep experience in the fixed income markets. This includes overseeing fixed income managers while at SEI, serving as a fixed income portfolio manager and analyst at Morgan Stanley, and as an institutional salesperson at First Boston. He is also a champion of DEI improvements and ESG investing. Currently, Mr. Lawrence serves on the Investment Committee for the Inglis House Foundation, which operates a residential facility for the disabled in Philadelphia. He is active in his Church, serving as the Chair of its Endowment Committee and participating in several community service projects.
Mr. Lawrence has a BA in Economics and English from Bucknell University and an MBA from The Wharton School. He lives in Wayne, PA with his wife, and together enjoy playing sports and traveling, including visiting their two children and grandchildren.
