Scott joined IR+M in November 2024 as Head of Client Strategy and will become Co-Head of the Client Team effective June 2026. As Head of Client Strategy, he is responsible for executing the firm’s client engagement and growth strategy and fostering an exceptional experience for IR+M’s clients and consultant partners.

Scott has over 20 years of global experience in the financial services industry, primarily in client service and relationship management. Prior to joining IR+M, Scott was a Managing Director and Director of the Americas Institutional Group at Wellington Management Company, where he led U.S. sales and relationship management teams.

Scott earned a BA in English from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.

Scott’s passion for woodworking reflects the craftsmanship and deeply ingrained commitment he brings to building and strengthening connections with colleagues and clients.
