Sarah joined IR+M in August 2003 and was named Chief of Staff in 2022. In her role, she oversees the Compliance, Legal, Enterprise Risk, and Human Capital Management teams and partners with firm leadership to advance strategic priorities and initiatives across the organization.
Over her more than two decades at IR+M, Sarah has held leadership roles across Operations and the Investment Team before being named the firm’s first Chief Operating Officer in 2020. She later transitioned to Chief of Staff, where she works closely with senior leaders across IR+M to create organizational alignment around business strategy and operating effectiveness.
Prior to joining IR+M, Sarah was an Account Controller at State Street Bank and Trust.
Sarah earned a BS in Finance from Lehigh University.
A former collegiate basketball player, Sarah brings a team-oriented mindset to her role, helping move priorities forward through collaboration, trust, and shared accountability.
