Mike Miles joined IR+M’s Board of Directors in 2024. He is a former Global Human Resources Manager with over 35 years of experience within financial services. He joined Acadian Asset Management in 2006 to lead their global human resources function and served as a member of the executive management team until retirement in December 2022. Previously he was with Wellington Management Company as a senior human resources manager. Prior to Wellington he was a senior human resources manager and held various leadership roles over 14 years with Zurich/Scudder Investments.
Mr. Miles brings to the Board his extensive experience as a functional business leader who partners with executive peers and staff to shape and influence business strategy and organizational success. He has in-depth knowledge of the investment management industry, human capital management and general business operations.
Mr. Miles attended Fisher College and completed the HR Law Program at Cornell University. He lives in Roxbury, MA with his wife and enjoys cycling, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.
