Meghan joined IR+M in March 2020 and was named Chief Financial Officer in 2024. As CFO, she partners with firm leadership to guide financial priorities, strategic decision-making, and long-term growth. She also serves as Co-Head of the Client Team, where she focuses on team structure, operating processes, and management reporting.
Since joining IR+M, Meghan has assumed expanded leadership responsibilities across the firm, including transitioning from Chief Human Capital Officer to CFO and helping shape the Client Team.
Prior to joining IR+M, Meghan was a Senior Vice President and Head of Affiliate Management at BrightSphere Investment Group, where she worked with leadership teams at boutique asset managers on strategy and business planning.
Meghan earned a BS in Marketing from Fairfield University.
Meghan uses her ferry commute from Hingham to practice needlepoint, an activity that reflects the focus, patience, and attention to detail she brings to her role every day.
