Lyniese joined IR+M as a Portfolio Manager in April 2021. In her role, Lyniese is responsible for portfolio construction, sector analysis, security selection, and contributing to the investment decision-making process.
Since joining IR+M, Lyniese has played a key role in the development and launch of the firm's High Yield and Absolute Return Income strategies. In addition to her portfolio management responsibilities, she has contributed to the growth and evolution of the firm's high yield capabilities through team development and investment process improvements.
Prior to joining IR+M, Lyniese was a Portfolio Manager and Trader at Genworth Financial, where she managed high yield and CLO investments. Prior to that, she was a Global High Yield Portfolio Manager at Schroders.
Lyniese earned a BS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
Lyniese enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants and, as the mother of two boys, she brings the same curiosity, dedication, and adaptability to her role.
