Kathleen joined IR+M in September 2021 and was named Associate Portfolio Manager in 2025. She is responsible for portfolio construction and ongoing management across asset classes, applying IR+M’s investment philosophy to align portfolios with client objectives.
Before joining IR+M, Kathleen was an Analyst specializing in structured products at Longfellow Investment Management Co., LLC. She developed extensive expertise in Agency MBS, non-agency mortgages, and esoteric ABS and was responsible for constructing and managing securitized allocations within intermediate portfolios.
Kathleen earned a BA in Economics and International Relations from Mount Holyoke College.
Kathleen is committed to supporting her local community. In her free time, she organizes book and Mahjong clubs, bringing the same dedication, collaboration, and strategic thinking that she applies in her professional role.
