Justin joined IR+M in February 2006 and was named Senior Portfolio Manager in 2025. In his role, Justin focuses on portfolio construction, sector analysis, and contributing to the investment decision-making process across investment-grade and high-yield fixed income markets.
Justin's two-decade career at IR+M reflects his deep commitment to and understanding of the firm's investment philosophy and process. Over the course of his tenure, he has built a strong foundation in bottom-up security selection, portfolio construction, and relative value analysis.
Prior to joining IR+M, Justin was a Trading Assistant at Goldman Sachs, supporting corporate bond sales and fixed income capital markets distribution.
Justin earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Richmond.
Justin has studied philosophy since college and appreciates how it complements investing, bringing the same thoughtful and analytical approach to his role.
