Isha joined IR+M in August 2014 and was named Portfolio Manager in 2022. In her role, she focuses on portfolio construction, sector analysis, and security selection, contributes to the firm's Investment Strategy efforts and manages a team of Portfolio Analysts.
Since joining IR+M, Isha has held leadership roles across Research and Portfolio Management. Her progression on the Investment Team reflects both her deep investment knowledge and extensive research experience, which informs her approach to bond selection and alpha generation.
Prior to joining IR+M, Isha was an Assistant Vice President and Fair Value Analyst at Wellington Management, where she evaluated private and illiquid investments across multiple asset classes.
Isha earned a BBS in Finance from the University of Delhi and an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
Isha enjoys spending time with her two sons, hiking, and playing basketball and is actively involved in organizations focused on community impact and social entrepreneurship. These interests reflect the same commitment to mentorship and development that she brings to her role.
