Erinn joined IR+M in April 2023 and will become President and Vice Chair of the firm’s Management Committee effective June 2026. As President, she will partner closely with the CEO on firm management and strategy execution and oversee the firm’s client service, human capital, legal, enterprise risk, compliance, and finance functions.
Since joining IR+M, Erinn has held senior leadership roles including Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Head of the Client Team, helping shape the firm’s strategic direction and strengthen client engagement.
Prior to joining IR+M, Erinn was a Managing Director at Payden & Rygel and a founding member of the firm’s Boston office. She led client relations and business development across the East Coast, Bermuda, and Canada and headed the firm’s global insurance practice, working closely with international offices and strategic partners. She also previously served as Chair of the CFA Society Boston board.
Erinn earned a BFA and MFA in Dance from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA in Finance from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
Erinn’s first career was as a professional ballerina, an experience that cultivated the discipline, resilience, and attention to detail she now brings to her leadership approach and long-term strategic decision-making.
