Bill joined IR+M in September 1994 and was named Chief Executive Officer in January 2020. In his role, he is responsible for the firm’s overall strategy, operations, and day-to-day business functions. He also serves as Chair of IR+M’s Management Committee and is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Bill partners closely with the firm’s senior leaders and Board of Directors to advance strategic priorities and ensure continuity of IR+M’s investment philosophy, culture, and client focus.
Over his more than three decades at IR+M, Bill has held a range of senior leadership roles across the investment team, including Senior Portfolio Manager, Director of the Investment Team, and Co-Chief Investment Officer alongside Jim Gubitosi.
Prior to joining IR+M, Bill was a Vice President at Wellington Management Company, LLP.
Bill earned a BA in Political Science from Amherst College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
