Annemarie joined IR+M in March 2014 and was named Head of Human Capital Management and Corporate Responsibility in 2023. In her role, she focuses on the firm's human capital strategy, talent philosophy, and culture efforts, and partners closely with leadership to advance the firm's long-term goals.
Annemarie began her IR+M career on the Investment Team, where she developed a deep appreciation for the people and culture that drive the firm's success. That perspective continues to guide her work in Human Capital Management, where she helps evolve the firm's human capital function in support of its long-term strategy of furthering employee development and engagement.
Prior to joining IR+M, Annemarie was a Global Investments Portfolio Analyst at Liberty Mutual Group, where she supported investment operations and portfolio management functions.
Annemarie earned a BSBA from Northeastern University and an MSF from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
Annemarie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and tennis, interests that reflect the people-focused mindset, curiosity, and strategic thinking she brings to her role.
