Bill described digital events like Colleague Connection – during which employees virtually came together to share stories about holiday traditions and catch up on life – as ways employees have come together despite remote work. Social distancing did not curb IR+M’s philanthropic initiatives either, Bill explained, as the firm held its first Virtual Week of Giving this year.
