Caroline Chen, senior vice president, shared her views on the single family rental bond market rally with Debtwire. While spreads in the asset class are tightening, Caroline explained, the secondary SFR bond market should see an uptick in activity versus non-QM RMBS in the near term. According to Caroline, this is because the market is range trading, with institutional investors keenly interested in these types of bonds.
