In response to the ongoing global pandemic IR+M’s workforce went fully remote effective March 2020. As our individual situations have required increased flexibility and adaptability we have relied on the cultural foundations that led to our success and growth as a firm, namely our spirit of firm wide collaboration and open lines of communication, to continue to deliver exceptional client service and investment results. Open dialogue and clear communication are cornerstones of our management philosophy and provide employees the opportunity to broaden their knowledge beyond their immediate roles and form valuable relationships with colleagues across the firm. Our Management Committee is working on return to work scenarios with employee health and government guidance as leading factors.

Outside of the office, we encourage opportunities to socialize with colleagues through cross-functional team outings, firm events and volunteer opportunities. Our commitment to our community manifests itself in a variety of ways, including: paid time off to volunteer, corporate match to charitable giving, and ongoing sustainability efforts.
