Allison joined IR+M in January 2016 and was named Head of ESG and Corporate Sustainability in 2020. In her role, Allison is focused on the firm’s ESG integration, strategy implementation, and thought leadership, as well as overseeing our sustainability initiatives.
Prior to joining IR+M, Allison was the Director of Portfolio Management at Sun Life Financial.
Allison has a BA in Political Science from College of the Holy Cross and an MBA in Finance from Boston University School of Management. Allison is SASB FSA accredited and has also been awarded the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.
